We are thrilled to share the news that two of our recent marketing campaigns won 2017 Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals Awards, an international competition recognizing excellence in the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication:
It’s Not Just a Bed is our campaign to replace every single bed throughout North York General. Critical pieces of equipment, beds serve as a means of care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our beds are approaching the point at which they must be replaced with advanced technology and surfaces that enhance patient care and safety, but the government does not cover the cost of new and replacement equipment, including beds. We are relying on our community to help fill this urgent need.
Five by Five is a campaign in developed in collaboration with Knix Wear, an active intimates company, to sell five limited edition Evolution Bras as part of a breast cancer awareness and funding campaign. Fifty per cent of sales from the limited edition designs will be donated to help North York General’s BMO Breast Diagnostic Centre purchase a new breast biopsy table.
Be sure to save the date for Orthowalk, coming Sunday, May 28th. OrthoWalk is a symbolic 1 km walk around North York General Hospital’s scenic gardens and community fair. It brings together local residents, past patients and their friends and families, clinicians and members of the hospital leadership team in support of excellence in orthopaedic care at North York General.
